Carol is an experienced Governance, Risk and Compliance practitioner.  She provides strategic advisory services to improve organisational, project and team performance. 

Joining Integrity Governance in 2020, Carol acts as an advisor, mentor and trainer in board and organisational governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.  In her previous role as Director, Assurance Operations, and Chief Risk Officer in major Government businesses, Carol oversaw state and local government risk management, governance, and assurance projects in public, private, and NGO sectors across Australia. 

Carol is passionate about making a positive difference for boards and executives by empowering them with improved ways of working.  She is known as a creative and ‘outside the box’ thinker and is recognised as a thought leader in her field. 

Carol’s qualifications include FCPA, CA, GAICD, Master of Business (Risk, Assurance, Compliance), Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Grad. Dip in Applied Finance & Investment, Prince2: 2009 Accredited Project Management Practitioner.
