James is the Business Manager at Integrity Governance. He specialises in people management, strategic planning and group dynamics.

As Ireland’s youngest Senator in 2009, James learned first-hand the importance of private and public sector governance. After politics he helped found a not-for-profit to help recovering addicts. In Australia, James worked in human resources and strategy with a focus on improving internal and external business systems, recruitment and training.

James holds a Bachelor of Law from University College, Dublin, and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
