Kerry is a Company Secretary Consultant working for Integrity Governance in the UK. His background includes ten years as an Officer in the British Army, a number of years working in service management within the Telecoms and Energy Sectors and more recently as Company Secretary for a software Start-up and as non-exec director for a major UK Charity.

As an aside from his Work History Kerry embarked on the qualification journey to be admitted as a Barrister in England and Wales, despite achieving his academic goals in qualifying, he eschewed a future at the Bar in favour of pursuing a career in Company Secretarial work where the combination of his previous experience has provided him with the skills and knowledge to support businesses both large and small in their Journey toward board excellence and regulatory compliance.
