Rohan is the Legal Consultant at Integrity Governance. He is passionate about working with clients to optimise their capability and business performance through refined, strategic governance.

Following his role as a corporate lawyer with global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills, Rohan held senior leadership roles across a swathe of sectors in strategy, major projects, corporate affairs and communications. He is an experienced company secretary.

Rohan holds an LLB (Hons) from Monash University, a BA (Hons) from Melbourne University and a Masters in Finance. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ Company Directors Course and the International Company Directors Course.
