John Harte, Integrity Governance’s managing partner was recently part of a fantastic panel discussion with UK based organisation Family Business United. The discussion touched on many facets of governance and strategy covering topics such as relationships, trust, role of family members, engaged boards, transparency and accountability, active and non-active roles as well as the need for clarity & overall purpose of the family firm.
