The Kolbe Natural Strengths Evaluation starts with a 20 minute online survey, providing immediate results. Three grades of assessment — A, B and C — determine skills come naturally to you (A), how you perceive your job requirements (B), and how others see what your role requires (C).
An hour debrief with one of our consultants will help further identify your strengths and abilities.
KOLBE A™
Kolbe A™ is an individually tailored assessment of your natural abilities and how you instinctively initiate action.
KOLBE B™
Kolbe B ™ identifies what you see as required for success are in your current job. Compare with your Kolbe A™ result to determine when and where your innate skills conflict with your current job.
KOLBE C™
Kolbe C™ identifies your supervisors’ views of what your role needs.
