Director training and induction programs
A typical 2-3 hour training session includes pre-reading; scenario setting; a practical case study; board and/or committee sessions to address any issues; plus discussion, challenge and feedback. Facilitation is led by John Harte and other members of the Integrity Governance team who are best suited to your organisation and industry sector.
Director Induction
A good induction program gives appropriate professional development opportunities for directors to develop and maintain the skills and knowledge needed for performing effectively. In-house governance training, dependent on director needs, can be factored into the professional development budget for all directors. Both the organisation and individual directors are responsible for ensuring the induction process proceeds appropriately. We can help assemble robust induction packs and a program to support directors in familiarising themselves with your organisation over an 18 to 24-month ‘journey of learning’.
